The story of this angler’s journey as he attempts to complete the Slam is documented in beautiful detail and with excellent narration. With each subspecies of cutthroat caught, Mike sheds further light on the native cutthroat of Utah and champions for conservation and care of our natural resources and lands. Even Brett Prettyman and I were able to join Mike on one of our favorite cutthroat streams in order to catch some trout and share our thoughts about native cutthroat and the Slam.
